Had a good 4.2 mile @ 45 min. run..dot still didn’t hav my approval for taxi waiting..new taxi driver hustled and kicked but on first day

Complete 4.2 mile treadmill run..started with speed of 5.5, ended with 6.0..total run of 45 minutes…will do same this Thursday.

Had a great gym session..now at beach reading “revolutionary wealth” by futurist couple Alvin & Heidi Toffler.

My mind is for business and my body for fitness..steve monas

Great Gym workouts all week..just done 12 mile bike ride..ready to hit ocean to cool off.
